A few years back, RUSSELL LISSAU (Strawberry Shortcake, Reading with Pictures) and I created an 8 pg mini comic Pop! Goes The Icon about a not so super villain named, The Devastor. The comic was called DOWNTIME which you can purchase here. Russell and I got to talking and he is currently working on the sequel entitled, HARD TIME.

One of my favorite childhood movies. This scene was so sweet and sincere, every kid dreams of meeting their favorite hero.

DAWSON: You givin' this to me?

SARAH: Well yeah, you're my hero.

The cherry on the top is when Dawson gives the helmet back saying he's already got one at home.

Classic.
